User Accounts

User Content

By uploading bills or other content to the App, you grant us a license to use, process, and analyze that content solely for the purpose of providing our services and improving our AI models. We will not share your bills publicly or use them for purposes outside of our service.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and share the content you provide to the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Explain My Bill and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the App.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
